An Actor with Many Talents!A Story by starpowerAussie Actor- Geordie RobinsonAppearing in titles such as the smash-hit comedy A Few Best Men along with a recurring role in the TV series Underbelly: Badness, Geordie Robinson has become a well known actor in Australia. Ever since he was a child who was growing up in a small Australian coastal town, Geordie has been performing in school plays, performing in theatre, and dance eisteddfods. In his free time he also enjoyed surfing. When he was twelve years old, Robinson moved to Europe with his parents. They decided to spend that year traveling Europe, while homeschooling Geordie. It was during this time that he spend time living on a lavender farm in Southern France. When he returned to Australia, he graduated high school and was accepted into the Actors Centre Australia drama program. When he graduated, Robinson joined alumni such as Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman. His career has been notable. Robinson has appeared in theatre such as The Sleep of Prisoners, Standing in Footsteps, Hamlet, and Playing with Knives. He has also appeared in international TV commercials as well as worked in modeling campaigns. For feature films Robinson has worked with actors such as Xavier Samuel from Twilight and Olivia Newton-John from Grease. Robinson has also spent some time living in the United States where he studied with Larry Moss (Leonardo DiCaprio’s teacher) and Annie Grindlay at her studio in LA. While he was studying at the Actor’s Centre, Geordie performed in many different plays with his most memorable experiences being involved with American Dreaming.
