If there is one thing that sets apart Alexandra Charles from her colleagues, it's her ability to play different roles depending on the productions. Alexandra has been in the entertainment industry for 10 years and to her, this is just a little milestone as she seeks to broaden her reach by tapping other emerging markets across the world. After all, everyone loves a showgirl! Alexandra was trained at many top performing arts schools in her home country of Australia, that include Sydney Trapeze School, GB Dance Academy and Sydney Dance Company. Throughout her entertainment career, she has represented many top brands and businesses in her country and abroad. Among these brands are FHM, Ford and Goldwell Hair. Alexandra was pleased to be a featured performer in the musical, ‘Las Vegas Confidential,” at the State Theatre.
She has also traveled to Hong Kong, China to perform with established entertainer, Gloria Gaynor. Alexandra has also been the lead girl for many modeling gigs that include the Hair Expo in Sydney in 2006 and 2009, “Stay Pumped” Pump Water Print Campaign across Australia, Palham Clothing label in Korea and the Honey Birdette Westfield. Alexandra has made appearances at many top bars and hotels in Sydney that include the opening of Bar 100 and QT Hotel Sydney. She competently engages her audience with her stage presence and her fantastic acrobatic moves.
As a flexible and well-experienced dancer, Alexandra is comfortable with her body and her looks. She is an inspiration for many women who do not hold such a high esteem of themselves. Alexandra also lent her talent to advocacy and support of the Autism Foundation Fund Raiser, “Bond.” It is amazing how selfless and supportive Alexandra can be. She is a beacon of change for not only the entertainment industry in Sydney, but for all entertainers across the globe as she brings smiles to the faces of even the disadvantaged.
