Mariana Montes is a native of Mexico City who now resides in Los Angeles. Her journey to stardom started just before she touched 11 years. Mariana realized she wanted to be a stage performer after watching an amazing contemporary dance interpretation of Anne Frank’s life. She was completely captivated by the elegance and grace of the dancer who engaged her audience with her soulful and angelic movements on stage. Mariana soon enrolled in an acting workshop at the Center for Dramatic Arts. She was trained by well-accomplished cultural promoter and director Hector Azar.

Her tremendous acting talent landed her many roles in several theatrical performances to include a lead role in “Carpe Diem” by Irman Coria. Mariana studied at the Centro Universitario Mexico and the Casazul Artes Escencia Argos. Luckily for this talented actress, she has been mentored by some of the biggest names in the Mexican theatrical scene. She is humbled by her world class theatrical experience in her home country because it has provided a solid foundation for her budding American acting career.

Beyond acting, Mariana is an excellent swimmer, dancer and cyclist. She has hosted many high-status events in Mexico and America. When she is not working on her lines, she is venturing out in the wild in a fun filled hiking trip or enjoying a nice yoga session. 

She is a multi-linguist as she competently speaks English, variety of Spanish dialects and Portuguese. Mariana Montes’ greatest strength is her ability to improvise. She intends to star in several big films and video productions as she develops her acting craft and build her reputation in America. Mariana has already made appearances in several films such as Always Say I Love You, The Girl from The Store, The Garden, Sand Castles, Spiral; Maybe this time, Devin’s Fog and In Action.
