With a name like Ruxandra, it’s no surprise that this actress is a show stopper! Hailing from Bucharest, Romania, this sexy celebrity is making quite a name for herself in Hollywood. After graduating from the acclaimed Stella Adler Academy of Acting, Ruxandra booked a series of impressive leading roles right out of the gate. She drew the attention of Oscar-winner Milton Justice, who cast her first as a free-spirited single mother in his stage production of Book of Days. He must have been very impressed with Ruxandra because after that he cast her as the leader of a taxi-drivers’ union in Depression-era New York in his stage adaptation of Waiting for Lefty. She then tackled the black comedy genre, playing Death in Zhan Wang’s upcoming film Poker With Death, which pits a sleazy card-shark con-man against the sexy Ruxandra in a “high stakes” game of poker, only to find that he can’t cheat her after all…

But this stunning actress has a lot more to offer than good looks and exciting range. Prior to embarking on her career as an actress she earned a Masters in marketing and was poised to take on a career in finance. But like other leading celebrities like Claire Danes and Natalie Portman, Ruxandra put her keen mind into developing her craft as an actress.
