The physical hurt.

The mental pain.

Both gnawing at her soul.

This time seemed different.

She always feels like the victim.

It cuts through her like a knife.

She feels the blade against her heart.

Make-up hides what could be seen,

Unless you look closely into her eyes.

All of this commotion

Left not a black hole in her heart.

Maybe just one

Finally starting to expand.

She’s falling rapidly

Not one soul left to catch her.

She hits the ground

Shattering like glass.

The million pieces lay their

Without any meaning.

Now left with this condition

Showing all of the symptoms

Of a young girl with a broken heart.

Torn between her thoughts and the truth

One thing I can promise you is

                    You’ll never see her cry..
