My RealityA Poem by Trisha C.This is just the way I feel about people who try to push conventional life on me. I am different, always have been and always will be.
I shy away from reality and its stinging stare
To live in a fantasy world some say is not there. Don't tell me I'm wrong or I need to wake up. I see how you live, in your anger and misery While I'm being anyone I wish to be. I believe I have the better part of the bargain. I don't belong in the world you call real, It hurts me and bruises me and I don't want to feel. You can have all that, I don't need it. Go ahead and tell me I'm being stupid and blind While you leave your happiness and freedom behind. Everyone has different needs, don't judge me!
