When I Open the Windows

When I Open the Windows

A Poem by standupdontcry

It moves my hair

The wind

My hair twists

And turns

And spins

And tangles

I know

It’ll be the

Death of me

But it breathes

It moves

It lives

And I let it-

I let it do

What it wants-

Let it curl

And dance

And fly

What He gave me

Is now all mine

To show

To flaunt

To free
