fragile things are meant to be broken

fragile things are meant to be broken

A Poem by Larry John

he's all teeth and metal eyes,

gleaming like wild dogs hungry

in the night.

pull on his bones and

stretch out.

make yourself a home in his skin,

in his ribs,

in his sandpaper lungs.

pull away when you sink too deep.
