You Never Forget Your First

Why must I think about you each day,

The love we shared simply got in the way,

So I take my mind and close it off at the start,

As I take this knife and bury it into my heart,

We had been so good together without being a mess,

Now we have parted and we're seemingly loveless,

I do miss you as you might know,

So just remember that my first one as it is the truth even so.
