Rant

Pouring my heart out as you hold the bucket,

I can't seem to stop the flow,

There is too much blood and too many tears,

Why did I not let it all go??

I gather a time comes when you need to realize,

The one you are with may not love you back,

Yet you hold on so tight that their air is cut off,

You loosen the grip and they hack.

A question of love was never the thing,

Each other knew that it was there,

Yet down the rocky road of problems and psychosis,

The weight of the world was way too hard to bare.

Just know in your heart and the deepest of soul,

We actually could of moved past everything,

Yet when you wanted to be friends I lost all control and my mind went into a downward spiral reeling.

Pain of many kinds were stabbing my body,

There was nothing left for me here,

Just know that each day no matter how close or far away,

We can be something yet nothing to one another and that should be all that we are able to care.

I just lived through this and I am still feeling it even though it is somewhat better. This poem is well written you made me look at myself and how I felt and acted a few days ago when this poems meaning came crashing into my reality. It is so odd how emotional pain can be manifested into physical pain. When I look back at that day I feel embarrassed, rejected, foolish, stupid and ashamed to love someone who doesn't love me back. super write it was right on target.

Sometime there is no repair kit for pain and wounds. A powerful poem with many conflicts needed to be fixed. A very good ending to a excellent poem. It is good to rant on paper. Few people want to listen in our circle of friends.
