Believing In Me

Without certainty and without knowing,
I can not keep the glass from overflowing
The emotions run deeper than the cuts,
Leaving many choppy ruts
Yet somehow I find the strength within,
Telling me it's oh k is the way it's been
I have to believe what is said to me,
Faith is something that is not easy to see
I will try my best to do what it takes,
That is the only promise I can make
So hold my hand and make sure we don't part,
As you are the one keeping safe the sanity as well as my heart.
