Resolution

1-1-11 [New Year's Day 2011]

Amazing how they move so fast,
Days and nights alike
No shadows upon the lake to cast,
The sun in the day and the moon at night
It seems we all have taken things,
Within a granted sort of way
No matter if it were music in which one would sing,
Or perhaps a beautiful play
The things in this world are endless to us,
Even the air we breathe
There are times that people argue and fuss,
Unfortunately some even seethe
So for this new day and this new year,
Let us all resolve any differences between all
We should take the time to smell the roses as well as a fresh breath of air,
Knowing that peacefulness is the right call.
