I tried, but can't.......September 11, 2001

9-11-10

They run into buildings and save the fallen,
Our men and women of this race
Someone is yelling out to them or were they calling??
The fire and police run into the terror no matter what the case
After the dust finally settled and we watched what was left in the city of the mid,
Some sighed in relief to see their loved ones
As I will never forget the morning of September 11, 2001 as I was with my husband and kids,
I shed many tears as the news came in constantly by radio and TV about daughters and sons
Losing two friends within NY and others losing so many lives,
That day shall never be the same within anyone's mind
Even as we have moved on we show remembrance to the fallen
Everyone is missed and please Rest In Peace the heroes of those many flights who saved some lives.

[Coyote Poetry]

So many fireman and police offers lost their lives. It was a terrible day. I saw it on TV at work. It was unbelievable at first the lost of life and destruction. That day our view of the world changed. It was a sad day for the USA and the world. A powerful poem. I pray for the poor families who lost everything.
