Hint Of Life

Living is harder then we think,
Some of us must resort to a vice
You might smoke, pop pills or drink,
Then there's the craps table with the dice
In turn shooting up just might be your thing,
Perhaps cutting yourself to release the endorphins
No intention of leaving this world without that ring,
On a finger so tight now it's as blue as a Dolphin
We can always move to the part where we have random sex,
That is just one of a larger group named "Deadly Sins"
Perhaps you might be getting a bit perplexed,
Never fear for only you know where you have been
Life is as hard as we make it, you see,
Only this lifetime we have at the moment
Be yourself and know that is good enough for YOU and not me,
I could only hope you caught the hint.
