AutopsyA Poem by StacyPerry8-21-10
As our last embrace,
Seems to go on forever I feel no disgrace, Beaming from your eyes that are severed The fact that I ended this, A sad one indeed Perhaps if you didn't think our love was a literal hit or miss, You'd be around still to read These words that I type for your memory, A thought that passes into mind Something anyone or anything could see, A love that began of the forewarned kind Yet the saw went straight through your heart at autopsy, Amazing how time passes Now I think of you in certain ways that I can remember thee, There is a memorial from the masses If you wouldn't of done it, I just might, The way you used to hit me I had no choice but to fight, You ended up dead and I ended up free. © 2010 StacyPerryFeatured Review
