YOU Caused Your Own Pain

YOU Caused Your Own Pain

A Poem by StacyPerry

If I let you down,
It's only for YOUR good
If I see you frown,
It's only because YOU should
If I want you to leave,
It's because I think it's time
If I want to you to believe,
It's due to a sign
If you love me,
It's YOUR own fault
If you stay you'll see,
It's me pouring into your wounds the salt
If you want me to be your savior,
It's YOUR own blindness in the end
If you can't speak up and roar,
It's YOU who have pushed me away my friend
Have you caught on yet??
Can you tell??
I'd place a bet,
You'll stay in this living hell.

Sometime we are warned and still come to the desire that maybe dangerous. I like this poem. The words were strong and to the point. I like the ending to the excellent poem. Thank you.
