Dead Quotes

"Everyone's a critic" a quote that many state,
"There's always a silver lining" but that hasn't happened to date
"Take your time" is another priceless treasure,
"Everything will work out" could be the one quote of your pleasure
"It's me and not you" is one that makes me grin,
"It could always be worse" is the priceless of them all as I state it everyday as I sin
"Never give up" oh there is a great one to be said,
"You'll be able to live your life still".......does anyone get why some of these quotes should be dead??

I agree!!! Some quoted just should NOT be quoted.
I love how you take the every day lessons that people believe so often they forget to think for themselves, and forget to tell between right and wrong before carving it into their hearts. Great write! ^_^

Hurtful and painful and sometimes down right insulting when their directed at you from someone else. I guess people turn to them when they can't think of anything else to say.

Some quotes have lost their strength. My Grandfather most famous one is long dead in this new world. "Hard work will keep a man employed and content." We need new quotes. "Like ban together and demand change." "Retire the career politicians and give them the same as the auto workers got". I'm sorry. Just old Coyote complaining. I like this poem. New wisdom is different. Now be quiet and hope all will be OK. A excellent poem. You made me think.
