In life we have many storms,
The kind of thunder and the kind that warns
We listen as the thunder grows,
A warning to us and even those
No one can see the storm inside,
It turns into a cyclone if you don't decide
To listen to what things tell you,
Whether it be outside or in there are stories of don't and do
We can't help but think that the storm came from some place else,
Why can't you open your eyes and see it came from within yourself
As the storm seems to calm in a swirling mass,
We think it's over yet it hasn't passed
The eye of it is the most dangerous part,
If we had any sense or if we were smart
We'd run and hide as the storm rages on,
Literal or Figurative the storm is never gone.
The storms of life are the teachers to make us smarter. You create a strong poem with strength and power in your words. So many lines stood out in this poem. i like the ending. I feel very hard to hide from the storms. A outstanding poem.,

These storms could teach us if we wanted to learn. Your poem is full of wisdom presented in a creative manner. I agree with your words here. Very nicely done. You write poetry very well, I think.
