Think about it....

Eyes Wide Open

When we look upon the world and we see the simple things, Are our eyes wide open or do they close at sympathy?
Are we the ones out there that don't take the time,
Or are you one that does and keep people in mind?
It seems that some are hurtful and other things are sad,
If our eyes are wide open then we can help the bad
So to you I say this very day that perhaps you should do your good deed,
Of keeping YOUR eyes wide open and helping others in need.
