Facta Non Verba [Actions speak louder then words]

As I sit and stare at the sky,
The things I think seem to eat me alive
I am being consumed by the thoughts of you hurting,
I would give almost anything to stop your pain for certain
You knew at one point how much you meant to me,
In a haste of decision I ended up being the one to flee
I stayed as long and as close as I could,
The feelings I had are the ones that I still do and they never should
Never should of kept me from being with you,
As you were the one that got away and in the end.......you left me too.
