D's dream

D's dream

A Poem by Scout
"

something I thought the Duchess of Devonshire might write about Charles Grey

"

Those blissfull moments

filled with love and passion

so few they were

you saved me from the darkness

I had not known love before

nor had I understood the concept

I was made to please

even if it meant making myself miserable

I became her friend

even after all she did

I provided him with children

even though the sight of him sickens me

and my one true companion I still had to please

and that is why I left you

but I want you to know

my breaking heart is still your posession

My body only yours

my dreams are yours to store away

because even thouh I am with him

you are the only one who I truly see

My blindness is forced upon me

and I am a prisoner in my own life

those dew day

have helped me survive

the gentle way

you held me in your arms

the fantasies we shared

the way you looked at me everyday

I had no idea someone could be loved

like you loved me

and how do I repay you?

I leave you in the dust for eternity

but you own everything I am

though you will never read this

and I will never be set free

I want you to know

I love you

About
I love writing and reading. It is the best feeling to sit down and write out your feelings in poetry, or imagine a dream world and write a novel. I can not imagine not writing ever, it is like my oxyg.. more..
