Guilt

When I should be looking up

and kneeling down

I am worrying about such earthly things

When my mind should be centered only on you

I can not stop thinking about something else

When my heart and soul should love for you

I find myself loving others more

When my thoughts should be so much like youts

I can't hlpe but think of other things

My actions should be filled with kindness

instead my sinful side stands out

Because of this you would think you would

leave me to cry in despair

You would let me fall when I lose my strength

You might not care I just lost all my friends

or help me through my parents last quarrel

But all would be wrong

For you still dry my tears when I am in my darkest moments

You'll carry me when I fall to the ground patheticcally

And you care more about my loss and

my sorrows than anyone in the universe

Why would you do this for one so sinful?

For one who ignores you and forgets you're there

Because you are perfect and you never give up on me

I could never forget you truly

I wouldn't dare
