Orange and a Lamb

Orange and a Lamb

A Poem by ssaimeri
"

orange anda lamb

"

An orange sat sideways on a lamb, and I swam.

Over tree roots and through fresh fruit.

Sharp thorns pierced my hide as I hid

Looking about feverishly for those and that kid

Black. With a little red on my edge,

I can turn but I do so slowly

White hair and a mean face smile down through the increasing rain

Lightning strikes my tree and the man is gone.

I

I

I

I…
