Feed You to Feed Me

Feed You to Feed Me

A Poem by Bjarte Knutson

In the young sunlight of the mornen
I go out to plumpen the goats

They eat with bottomless greed
I am still too asleep to be bored
But I hope they are finishen soon
The day does not last forever

When the sun sets on them
The goats will plumpen me

I love how you hide the philosophical depth of your poems behind the cod-Germanic grammar and other affectations.

This is like the Circle of Life, but without damn lions getting in the way. I much prefer goats, myself.

Oh the circle of life,
It plumpens us all.
