Ultimate Journey

A sestina of love.

I sift through all the troubles of my heart,
in order to find out what is true.
I embark on a journey across the world
of feelings and thoughts, and I swear
to find the answer of my love
through this soulful contemplation.

And it is while I contemplate,
and unlock all the doors within my heart,
that I find what it means to love,
and search through myself for truth.
Through all of this searching, I swear,
there is nothing that can stop me in this world.

Nothing at all, in this world,
can stop me from my contemplation.
Because I must seek, and I have sworn,
to search all throughout my heart
and find out what, to me, is true
with regards to the matters of love.

With all of the emotions of love
that I find throughout the world,
it isn't always easy to discern the truth.
So, I must continue to contemplate
and discover what is within my heart,
for I must find my answers; I swear!

It is because I stubbornly swear
to search within for whom I love,
deep within my soul, my heart;
that I have traveled all the world
and never, once, stopped contemplating,
to learn, for me, the ultimate truth.

And now I've learned what is true!
I've lived and learned and I have sworn,
to finish my search through contemplation!
I know, now, whom it is I love;
and even if I must skip across the world,
there is no other to whom owns my heart!

Now I've contemplated what is true;
and with all my heart to you I swear:
There's no one I love more in the world.
