Someone Else's NightmareA Poem by OtherWorldWoman
Silhouette
Against the pull of atoms Fatal beautiful flaws in the Vibrations of your voice And in the Hint of a smirk A hidden twinkle in your eye The one of two In which will never be Before And Beyond the grave The ones to love To be and not Forever never after and again Inside my mind Within my soul Fly away The sky will take you off To a world of your own Snuffing out Distresses, Pressures, and Darkness Breathe in Music, colour and light A breath of frozen air In the stillness Of your tomb Mourning Not for you But the absence of your love Your embrace Eyes, blue as ice But cast the room afire With their warmth So long gone In the ash of fire Residue of fractured stone You are the whisper of the wind You are what makes The river so violently blue Someday we will meet In the universe Of a life Beyond such a concept as death Someday we will meet And everything will make sense again © 2011 OtherWorldWomanReviews
