LULLING ALWAYS

LULLING ALWAYS

A Poem by SAYED THANGAL

Tickling the leaves, I watch them laughing
Dancing merrily together.
Push them forward from behind
Thus chuckling with waves.
Always I come to your home
Receive me with pleasure,
I'm calm, causing no harm
Which makes your body warm.
You feel hot and dry
Bring I the thick clouds.
I provide the night sleepy calm
Which makes your tiring bed relax.
Often I change my track
When I chose to crack
Very sorry to see
I'm furious and harm then !

Thanks for the lovely words
A lovely poem. It took me a while to realise that it was the wind speaking. Beautifully penned, but the last line jars a bit. Perhaps ... I am furious and then I harm. But on reflection perhaps you meant to have an abrupt end to suit the Fury of the wind.

Ahh those calming zephrs will surely lull one to sleep, the furor of turbulent winds though, not so much...always a lovely thought of nature in your pen, enjoyed Sayed.
