INVISIBLE YET POWERFULA Poem by SAYED THANGALDo not consider the invisible things as minute and infirm.INVISIBLE YET POWERFUL Horrible utterances and frantic movements Of helpless souls, Struggling the shivering hands, legs unsteady with tongues dried, hollowness in the eyes. Still, out of range, the shore Twisting and tossing the vessel Defenceless against the waves, Gigantic, roaring and rushing. The panoramic view blocked by the mountain clouds And aimless fly of sea birds Of sweat music turned to wild Bowling with reddish staring. The bright, but closed the eyes The moon from above, unable To see the torture, ears shut the stars Unbearable to hear the the mass cries. Invisible, yet powerful, the wind No other way for the mortals, but yield. sayed thangal
