The Pay-Off Pitch

The Pay-Off Pitch

A Poem by spoils
"

what is meaningful

"

Batter at home plate still full of dreams

Pitcher guided by Catcher’s schemes

An old game but now it’s serious

Whoever wins, all will be furious

Many times everything went this way

To the last throw, who’ll take the day

In the end  it can’t be known which

was one containing the Pay-off pitch.
