Time...A Poem by DaveMA fantasy trip to a world where time has slowed down but still having little affect on my improving my life..TIME…
Oh that time… could gently ease its hectic pace The Earth, the heavens, slower trace, content a lesser space Traverse the sun in never ending grace, a calmer race.
Might I from this steal, for life a better deal? From every moment take, a jewel not to forsake? Would time in newness be, Though slow, the same for me? Would I still ignore its gift, Not through its treasures sift? Condemned still though to waste its flow... Know not yet what to do and where to go A curse of mind!... Its precious Gift not sow?
