Waves of water
Waves of sadness
Waves of hello
And waves of goodbye
The highest high
Like the tallest tsunami
Crashes and breaks
All that’s around
A path of destruction
The hopelessness that follows
That highest high
On top of the world
Falling fast and hit the ground
The rock bottom
And empty dreams
With a silent scream
Accept your fate
Wait for the waves
They’ll pick you back up
Throw you about
A toss and a turn
But at least there is emotion
And not just the darkness
