I love the title. And the words, how they start by describing you in a lowly state, but then exalt you to a position of victory, are wonderful and encouraging.
I just have one critique on it. When writing in this style, that is, a list, it would be best to make the words parallel.
You have three words ending in 's' and three ending in 'ing.' For the most effectiveness, have all the words have a similar suffix. That would make the work flow better.
