[untitled]A Poem by NicoleThe beauty of winter...Pure white fluffy flakes fall illuminated by street lamps tall The beauty hidden in its glow and spirit in hoof prints in the snow
Falling 'cross the lawn at night the moon will make it sparkle bright And to keep the night aglow; crimson red and snow white lights
Anticipation's enslaves you in this frozen slate to be seen... brisk days, icy winds, and snowflakes' silver sheen cover you in a robe of winters bloom and grant you Crystal Queen Ice crystals fall down like frozen tears
Ice angels of the season that lay 'cross snow-swept grounds, and carvings from new skates in slick frozen ice spell out winter memories to last us all season long along with holiday carols, and the melodious birdsongs The beauty striving, lasting long with all this season's might Snowmen melt, and wolves howl less at moon rise every night Leaving the ice to the mercy of the beaming sun © 2010 NicoleAuthor's Note
