let's take a walk, it's brisk outside

A Poem by speakingcolors

cold nose,

cold toes.

arms in long sleeves revealing hands in pockets.

no breath,

it's not that low,

but it's low enough to sniff once in awhile.

black hats,

bare thoughts and ears.

scuttles,

smiles,

one more one more lap.

one more.

four makes one,

i think.

until again comes around, goodbye.

About
poet/songwriter/author sometimes I feel so much it hurts. i have all these thoughts running through my head, little segments of a whole that i can't see. most of them never get put down in writ.. more..
