The CondemnedA Poem by Violet Hillwritten 9/5/08 .. Different view point, I guess..Steal the Heart from its lonely paradise. Wrap your thorn lace- firmly weaving in and out as your one conditon Whenever fear or sorrow breaks through the core pull on that thread to relieve the stress Turn your head while It cries out in silent agony. Know your own pain is rather suttle compared to the dripping warmth on the ground. How can you see what your missing when you are too damn stubborn to care? You take and take and make the same mistakes Claiming to know what you want, all you want, but feeling the emptiness when it's yours. Betray the Heart, yes, that's what you've done. In your darkest hour the tears reflect the shame you feel. Could you ever understand what the hell It's been through for you? Suffered, died, and was burried for you. The Heart's love was exceedingly tremoundous for you. You feel the Repentance flowing under your skin. Is it too late to ask for absolution and compassion?
