Cat and Mouse

Cat and Mouse

A Poem by Laura Sparkle

Not much for games anymore, I grew up
Have lost too much in their behalf
I could run forever and not come back,
Leave you alone as the foolish cat.
I could fight you, baby
I can show you the world.
Push you and pull you
Take you and let you go,
Bite you and scratch you
Beg you to stay or go.
I'm over the games though, not enough energy
Either you want or you don't..
You can run or you can stay,
But this game you play
Is getting boring.

everyone is in this game,no one wants to grow
you could run but you will always be back
he wants to see the world through you
he wants to live through your heart beats
he wants you to lead..its OK you can take or let go
bite or scratch, stay or go..words full of life
you will never be through, you will always want it
just as he do..you can run and he will stay
you will always love this game ,its never boring
simple lovely words, tells you tricks of life..ohh life,ha ha
