Don't You

Don't You

A Poem by Laura Sparkle
"

part of Angel of Death

"

Don’t you just hate it when tears stroll down,

And cut your cheeks like sharpened blades?

Don’t you just hate the fear inside your heart

When you know you’re gonna put it out there to be cut?

Don’t you just hate the fake people that lie still,

After you caught them and you know the lie?

Don’t you just hate Death’s long list…

And the time you have to wait for him?

Don’t you just hate…being vulnerable?
