Angel of Death II

Angel of Death II

A Poem by Laura Sparkle

He comes home from work and presses me against the wall,

Slides his hands under my shirt and slides it up…

Presses his lips against my own and hugs me tight,

“It’s been a while… now you’re all mine.”

He picks me up and takes me to the window,

Shows me the sky and points a thundercloud,

“My present, my coming home surprise,

It’s all for you my darling girl.”

We kiss some more on the large brown couch,

His arms tightly wrapped around my body,

His chest pressed to my chest,

I’ll never know the difference behind this…

“I love you, but tonight’s the end.”
