Radiant smiles and sophisticated glances,

Long arms encircled around my sleepy body,

You’re at my side and you keep my dreams safe

Each and every night you have the time to come.

I like feeling your presence around me at night,

When the moon is up and the stars twinkle

Luminous simplicity glowing inside the room ,

Your rosy breath on my cold neck

Your warm cheek on my exposed shoulders,

Your strong arms around me,

And your whole body pressed tightly against me.

I like the kind words you whisper in my sleepy dreams,

The warm lips you seem to press against my cheeks

As I fall asleep in that warm bed of mine with you there,

And I wake up with your face next to mine,

Smiling at me through those sleepy eyes of yours.

And I wonder sometimes what you do all night,

With your arms around me and your eyes closed,

Singing lullabies to me in that melodious voice,

Laughing carefully at my silly mistakes

Then correct me with that wonderful voice.

Thank you, my darling friend for all you did, do and will do,

Despite all I should respect… I quite like you….

We should take our time, a day off… and spend it talking.
