Stitches

Stitches

A Poem by Laura Sparkle

The needle goes in

The needle comes out

His sparkling eyes

Are glued shut.

No crystalline tears flow on his face,

His going back to dangerous ways.

No need for tears, no need for screams

He seems to think like an oiled machine.

“It’s all ok, it’s gonna be fine”

Think back to when you were mine,

No stitches were needed, no tears on your face,

Why’d you o back to your dangerous ways?

Another fascinating piece from you... Sometimes even love isn't enough to tame a wild soul leaving the other questioning it all... your writing is again terrific.

I like this piece, it has a pretty good flow to it. I noticed one mistake "Why'd you o back to your dangerous ways?" I think your "o" is supposed to be "go" There was some good emotions in it but in my opinion i think it could use some more emotion in it. This was a pretty good poem

I personally loved loved loved this phrase "crystalline tears" It's just pretty much amazing... Good Job!
