Instant wisdomA Poem by Laura Sparkle
Yes, I expect you to listen when I speak, Shut your wretched mouth, just listen. Maybe you’ll be lucky to grab some wisdom, Do I really think so? No, not at all. Humans lose their perspective They put too much value on fame, When was the last time you wrote Just for the sake of speaking your mind and not for your name? This life is too short, as is the next To waste it on such trivial matters; Your guardian will find you, Just listen to him when he speaks, he knows best (just believe). But maybe the rhythm is fading, Your patience evaporates, does it not? Who am I? what am I? Just listen, Who and What will come in their time. © 2008 Laura SparkleReviews
