A Poem by Laura Sparkle

Being without you is so hard,

Unbearable… impossible.

It’s like taking a fish out of water,

Too hard to breathe or even think.

It’s like a starry night without the moon,

Like walking on broken glass…

It’s unbearable like the waves without a beach,

Or the wind when it’s unwanted.

Being with you is so natural,

Like the breathing of a newly born,

Like heartbeat, like thinking...

It’s so obvious… no need for words.

Just like the rain and its clouds,

Or the sky and the sun,

Being with you is like the nights and pleasant dreams.

Being with you is irreplaceable.

And all… because I love you.

It may have been old. But it was good!
I liked how you brought fish into this! When the lover is not there, We feel naked and out of our natural settings.

Very cute!
