Magic

Magic

A Poem by Laura Sparkle

It was always easy,

The connection with nature all that more special,

The easiness with which the wind spoke,

And the moon’s rays telling stories as she listened quietly.

“No one shall know this secret bond,

All shall be contained in a smile… a smirk.”

Little did she know…

The secret shall be unveiled … soon.

Shhh! No one shall know… not this time… whispers of this secret shall remain between this little witch and the midnight moon… : )

Very intriguing and mysterious, that strong attraction to the night and things that happen where no light can reach... the darkness has a strangely romantic pull... I think its the thrill of the unknown... so I know how you feel... your words sent chills down my body and that is a delightful thing.

Is this a hint to some great tale that you are about to unveil?
It's mysterious and catches the attention of the reader.
I loved the image of the moon telling stories to the young girl.

I think you need to tell us more! :)
