This ocean

Life is always been like this ocean pulling and giving land to and from it's shores always taking more than giving. One day there will be no more land to give but there will always be this ocean.

Funny - I have always thought of the ocean as caressing the land like a relentless love affair - I like the image you portray here though and like the review from alifeacoustic below - mans life is such a greedy one that creates havoc with the rest of the innocent world!

Thank you for reading I have to say I agree with you about the ocean and when writing this ocean instead of the ocean I was trying to portray this ocean as metaphor for time and how it changes everything in our physical lives and the giving and taking but ultimately taking more until nothing is left but time itself. And as we gather on the remnants of earth, we will look at the fish and the birds and wonder why they had the vision to just be themselves and all our work was for nought. And I will be wailing the loudest, never having learnt to swim :)
