Can you hear me?

Can you hear my voice?

You will ignore me if we meet each other right?

Everyone ignores me like the air

Everyone said that i'm a bad person

Do you think i'm a bad person?

Of course you not

You think that i'm not a bad person

"But an abnormal person"

At the beginning everything looks kind and sweet

"wow she is so cute. Hey! Let's be friend"

But at last everything taste bitter

"She is a bad person! Damn you!"

What's wrong with me?

i'm really want to know what's wrong with me

I'm very lonely

No one that want to give their hand to me

but i need their hand!

You know?

It's so hurt

My heart has been shattered

My tears have been exhausted

But everything has changed

When you give your hand to me

When you smile warmly to me

You make my world full of color

Warm of your hand is make me calm

Your smile is always cheer me up

I want to hold your hand!

I want to see your smile!

I'm so happy

I'm glad to know you

What in my mind is only you

Only you!

I want to be the number one for you

You will laugh right?

I know it

It's impossible

You are a hero

i'm really want to know what's wrong with me = I really want to know what's wrong with me?
No one that want to give their hand to me = No one wanted to give their hand to me (or No one that I know wants to give their hand to me)

It's so hurt = I'm so hurt (or I'm hurt)
When you give your hand to me = When you gave your hand to me (even better-When you lend your hand to me)
Warm of your hand is make me calm = The warmth of your hand makes me calm (or the warmth of your hand keeps me calm)

I think this is good I didn't really feel anything........I didn't feel any warmth due to me being a cold hearted person or it's a poem for a specific person.I have never tried to write a poem for someone,I write poem for me and my novel characters.It's not like I don't have any friends.
