hills of scotlandA Poem by Michael Soullove lostHills of bony Scotland I walk along the hills of bony Scotland By my side is picture of you I keep, My heart and soul, With you along the rode’s and lanes That I walk, for ever we use to clime. Times move on, and you’re by my side. If I could look in to you’re eye’s I would fly, You set me alive shaping my heart in you’re hand If I could look on to you’re smile just one more time, I would fly so high I would touch the gods fly so high How can one send me so high that I can fly? Now long passed by On my hand is your name engraved Into my skin o never will I for get you You my love I spent so many years with Never had I let you slip from my mind For the years that we spent claming those Hills of bony Scotland Those hills I now walk, I walk alone. If I could look in to you’re eye’s I would fly, You set me alive shaping my heart in you’re hand If I could look in to you’re for one glance I would fly so high I would touch the gods so high would i fly How can one send me so high that I can fly? Now long passed by I remember the day you left, I held you in my arms a promise to wait, Till the day we meat once more In the hills of bony Scotland We will walk on, We shall out last the havens and the stars, For in true love we stand across this great land, This grate land of Scotland O My love why, Why you had to die on that beautiful summer’s day? O My love I waiting for the day, The day we can’t be together I stand alone waiting, I stand alone walking these shores and hills of bony Scotland
