Secret of the hive

Secret of the hive

A Poem by Soren

I share my home with stingless bees
From five tubes of wax come melodies
A hypnotic hum from in foundation's step
Quiet drumbeats a secret kept

Born sun's golden, sticky rays
Rhapsody on cellophane wings plays
Lullabies drift on silken breeze
Miniscule hovering, honey trustees

The bee a life of harmony
Matriarchy divine sisterhood benign
To others devoted unity promoted
Not honey, harmony mystery of the bee

How they keep this way no one can say, its hidden in the hive
Community takes priority this way the individual will survive

As we emulate the bee hive, our “colony” could also create pristine shimmering “honey” for all to enjoy! 🙏🏻🕊

You’re much welcome Soren 🙏🏻🕊
Your words tell such a superbly ripe tale about Man's best friends. But for them the world would near enough starve. Those bees dance and hover over blossom, taking honey blessings from one donor to another..

'Born sun's golden, sticky rays
Rhapsody on cellophane wings plays
Lullabies drift on silken breeze
Miniscule hovering, honey trustees'

Every phrase beautifully offered.

Thank you Emmajoy for the read and comment as always it is most appreciated
Bees are fascinating creatures with their hive mentality and the way the create honey combs and the production of honey.

I love the way you write about these bees and how we can live like bees if we want to.
