So true of your work but I enjoy reading all of it. You have a wonderful poetic voice. It's great to rant once in awhile too. We need to use our voice to effect change if we can or awareness if we can't. And poets can often speak for others with more eloquence and articulation than some can muster. Ben Franklin said, "Two things are sure; death and taxes." But sometimes it seems like we're being taxed to death. Hope you have a lovely day, Monday is our last day of school so there's plenty of subdued excitement around here.

The entire system is F----d! I can fathom the scream here, dear Soren. Let me tell you, it's the same everywhere. I could be reading about me and where I live. Taxes are such pan in the a___s. Especially when implemented unfairly. From your words its clear that it has fleeced off every hard worker, every industry and field. This poem struck such a chord!
