CyclesA Poem by SorenCrawling before walking through this garden of life I learned to run and jump with joy Spring's sunshine blossoms overcoming strife Each day unwrapping a new toy
In summer's glow fruit did grow Love's sap filled my limbs My seeds falling to the ground below sprouting new life where hope begins
In fall winds I stumbled and fell storms my branches broke Approaching dark skies tell of future's approaching icy stroke
With snows, bowed unable to stand, bent again I crawl on knees and hand, laying prostrate on barren land, awaiting spring's coming demand © 2024 SorenReviews
