Purloined

Purloined

A Poem by Soren

Never done anything well

everything half a*s

Can't put anyone under a spell,

not a diamond just a piece a glass

A pawn, not enough man to be queen

moving down the board, black hole of dreams

White dawn, broken visions unseen

knight takes pawn, buried sunbeams

Worm infested fruit of fame

Stolen goods rust and rot

Cooking over flame of shame

smoke of deception in my pot

Sometimes we poison everything that is good in our lives.
